- bad management - hard to get promoted - they blame you for things out of your control - discrimination - bullying report not taken seriously, they’ll tell you to not mind it even though they know it’s affecting your mental health instead of being sympathetic - not enough staff so you get overworked

There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
