Good pay based on store performance , great teammates. Benefit is okay , have panel.

Minpunten

Salary not consistent since based on store performance . Very very fast paced . Need to be very active and fast learner . Company need to appreciate their staff better. Do some company dinner or any fun activity once in a while . They work so hard yet no recognition. You work overtime? No payment

There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
