You don't get to do both jobs. You make commission as an entire store, not individually. Your job is only to make sure the store is clean, not try to sell or interact with customers, unless they ask for help.

-high employee and manager turnover -company does not pay out sick hours -full shifts are 9 hours -not good at giving breaks to employees -operating hours are long (opening shift is 7am-4pm, closing can sometimes go to midnight) -high level of theft, internal and external -lack of job variety (ie: if you get hired as a cashier, you will only ring up customers all day. If you get hired as a floor member, you will never be taught to use the registers and will only clean up the store.) -bad return policy = very angry customers on a daily basis -the store gets messier than most other stores do -higher level of responsibility for people looking for just a way to earn money on the side.
