The management and leadership team are very supportive and approachable. The work environment is friendly, and managers are understanding of deadlines and individual bandwidth. One of the biggest strengths is the structured training program. The online training modules made it easy to learn at my own pace before taking on live projects, which helped me feel confident and prepared. Throughout projects, both design managers and project managers were readily available for guidance, making collaboration smooth and ensuring there was always someone to turn to for support.
Minpunten
The work can occasionally become repetitive, especially when working on the same publication for an extended period. While this is part of publication design, a bit more variety in project allocation could make the work even more engaging.
