Little room for growth , small company

The owner of the company is a genuine and excellent person who values hard work and an aggressive can-do attitude. Many in the company have an intense loyalty to him. The benefits are well above average for a company of this size and rarely does the company require additional hours be spent outside of the standard work day.

While the owner of the company is excellent, as he ages, he is turning more responsibility over to senior managers who have not developed a vision or plan for how to execute more growth within the company. Most within the company have absolutely no trust in senior management, with the central theme being lack of accountability. This has led to a total stagnation of growth within the company, leaving management to blame employees for not being able to adequately execute a strategy which does not exist.
