Zenuity is a powerful startup in the AD industry with the support of Volvo and Autoliv. The approach to reach the level 4 and 5 autonomy is with R&D. The company took many of its employees from both parent companies and they come with rules, hierarchy and expectations that the new startup have been kinda forced to take. The company has confused "expertise" with "leadership", making many of the legacy employees from the parent companies leaders. Many of them are far from leaders despite their great expertise. Zenuity doesn't impose a strict work ethic behavior and some of the employees feel free and ok bullying and disrespect you in front of others without any fears since they are abusing their status of being dependable.
