      Decent pay, plenty of travel depending on your role.

      Minpunten

      They tend to hype up and oversell the role, came in with high hopes of career growth and expansion but the business model keeps changing. Your role can quickly change to a different model very frequently, such as B2C then B2B, then Fintech, SAAS. No real management or structure. Lots of politics and the appraisal process doesn't make sense - takes 2 months to have an appraisal, which you score yourself but have no goals set prior, or one-on-ones to discuss performance.

      nice managerm easy work. you have to be good at sales pitch. your writing skills to hook designers to sign up has to be good. The manager is young and nice

      you have to work Singapore hours for meeting. its impossible to meet target. you wont know when you will be paid out. time consuming
