Caliber of staff, caliber of leadership, the rare environment where the sales team buys into putting the team above themselves and helping everyone continuously improve. DiscoverOrg not only understands how to drive revenue for their customers, but also for themselves. The sales and marketing machine is fantastic. DiscoverOrg truly does care about its employees and in return their employees are dedicated to DiscoverOrg's success. The culture is A+.

Minpunten

Rarely work from home, lots of small tasks required for day-to-day activities. Think TPS reports from Office space. No real complaints, processes and tasks are a good thing - they can just be time consuming.

There is a genuine willingness to let ideas and concepts flourish, and employees are empowered to contribute in real ways. I am coming up on four years here, which speaks for itself-- this is a place where you can grow, get promoted quickly, and build a real career. The development resources are outstanding, including McKinsey Leadership programs, internal leadership courses, and LinkedIn Learning. Managers are supportive and invested in your success which makes showing up to work exciting

At times, communication between departments can be a challenge at the individual contributor level, which can make cross-functional collaboration feel a bit siloed. Additionally, there is still work to be done around diversity in leadership-- increasing representation of people of color and women in leadership roles would make an already great culture even stronger.
