Minpunten
-Management is extremely toxic, specifically the leadership team. Routine “emergency” meetings where everyone’s job is threatened.
-Most employees are required to be micromanaged on an ongoing call throughout the entire day with their team and managers.
-90% of the business depends on one account. If (or when) that account is lost, the entire brokerage fails.
-Zero culture. Everyone at the office seems to be afraid for their job. Leadership intimidates most employees. Not a lot of collaboration.
-Extremely process oriented. Not much “doing,” with most of the time spent on reviewing or re-doing tedious processes.
-Expectations are extremely high and unrealistic. The monthly revenue and profit projections are normally made up and forecasted incorrectly.
