-They want to do everything on this earth. Some one needs to tell them that successful business are built once they had focus. - Immature leadership team who are very high handed and I found them to be living in their own fool's paradise. They behave as if they are the mark zuckerberg's and jeff bezos. Some one needs to tell them that their turnover is not even worth publishing yet. - No process or system in place
