      Management and Directors are all yes people who live in fear of the Managing Director !! I should know because I was one of them. Simple fact is having an opinion in allpay will usually put a target on your back. And before someone responds with "he's just bitter because he was a failure"..... I left not because I was a victim of bullying (like so many) but because I couldn't stand by and watch it anymore.

      Terrible management - like TERRIBLE Kiss up or get sacked Mean emails from MD when she feels like it, with no evidence or backing No budget (I mean ZERO) but huge expectations No pay increase for extra work They have their favourites who are their favourites because they gossip and report back all the office secrets MD not confident in her own abilities so covers up her mistakes by pointing the finger and randomly shouting through the office - very odd!! Crying after work becomes a daily routine No progression opportunities, in fact benefits were being removed The food offering is great if you want to die of obesity by the time you’re 35 (wedges are fire though) Big boss Tony is pretty nice though, doesn’t have much to do with the business anymore though and his minions have ruined the business
