The pay is really quite good, but it becomes pretty obvious why the longer you stay. Friendly Management Open-door Policy
Minpunten
This company has a high turnover rate despite how well they pay and it's pretty obvious why once you've worked there just a couple of months. Overworked - You will be asked to do things well beyond your job scope without any recognition once you do it. Benefits - For an insurance company, their benefits suck. They say they want to expand access to affordable healthcare, but then charge their employees an arm & a leg to add any family to their plans. Just to add my spouse, it would have cost me $500 A MONTH. Communication - Management talks a good talk in the beginning while you're in training. They're friendly, welcoming, and aren't afraid to talk to those at the base level. However, that will soon end and you'll find once you're out on the floor that they're always in meetings and far too busy to help. They will make verbal promises to you, but then back-track or pretend they never had that conversation when it comes time to deliver. Accountability - Everything is always someone else's fault. They will blame other managers, other teams, the higher-ups, even the companies they work with before anyone will ever accept the blame. If you express that something isn't working right or you need more support, you're told "stop being so negative".
