Minpunten

- Very low salary comparing it to the rest of the industry - Management with the least experience and wits i have ever worked with - Ideas of developers are overlooked by management - Pressure from CEOs and management - Blame always falls on develpoers - Most task deadlines are not humanly possible to uphold - Zero standardization of technology and practices in all fields of the company - No senior emplyees

Very helpfull colleagues, that will make time to help. During the 6 month internship i attended a few team buildings where everyone went along with eachother.

Minpunten

Farely low internship wage, but still, in some firms they do not offer one at all. Something is better than nothing.
