Pluspunten
Employees are allowed to bring dogs. Free lunch catered to the office every day, though mostly Indian food and burgers. Most people on the sales team are wonderful and very easy to get along with. Some of the engineers are really nice as well. The HR lady is one of my favourite colleagues.
Minpunten
A couple of the top management members, unfortunately, are among the most unkind and malicious human beings I've met, and trust me, I've met A LOT OF people, having lived in 3 different countries within the past 20 years of my life. Also, no one will train you on anything about the industry or the products if you are not from the network security/monitoring space - you are basically on your own. This is the only company I had ever worked at where it's considered the norm to not train new employees on the company's product line-up. It shows how unsupportive and selfish certain departments are, but not all.
