If you asked me a year ago how I felt about the company. I would have told you it is a prestigious company to work for, I wished it would have stayed that way. - Direct colleagues feel like family and very supportive

Minpunten

- Extremely top heavy in leadership (I noticed a comment stating they are trying to grow, but theres almost a 15-20% drop in employees without replacements) - No one truly know what the Executive Leadership Team does, and for how many there are of them, they should be more in tune for what is going on - People running the company are not on the same page, consistently giving false information, or information that does not align with the other - Promoting people who do not belong into the position, then never training them and letting them do whatever they would like - Most client retention problems could have been resolved had they listened to people working within the Service Desk

There’s a strong culture of accountability, but it’s paired with support—whether that’s structured development plans, clear expectations, or making space for feedback. The company is in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, especially in areas like ITSM platform modernization, AI adoption, and cybersecurity services. Teams are given real ownership and the opportunity to help shape how we deliver value. I also appreciate the genuine investment in employee well-being—from responsive HR to efforts around team development, communication, and cross-functional alignment. It's clear that people matter here, and that’s reflected not just in words, but in action.

Minpunten

As with many growing companies, we’re still streamlining internal processes and decision-making. At times, the pace can feel fast and priorities shift quickly, which requires adaptability. That said, leadership is aware and working to improve how we focus and execute.

Pluspunten

The technical staff are solid hardworking, knowledgeable, and doing their best to keep things afloat despite the dysfunction. I gained valuable hands-on experience with provisioning systems, scripting, and process automation through my own initiative not because of company support.

Minpunten

The work culture is defined by micromanagement, favoritism, and a complete lack of accountability among leadership. HR is ineffective and exists primarily to protect management rather than support employees. Formal complaints — including ADA-related concerns and documented hostile behavior — were ignored or dismissed entirely. Upper management routinely takes credit for the work of frontline staff and openly disrespects those who try to improve processes. Innovation is treated as a threat rather than a strength. Communication is non-existent. Important decisions that affect provisioning and client experience are made without consulting the teams doing the actual work. Recognition is rare unless you're part of the inner circle. If you challenge broken systems or speak up about mistreatment, you become a target. Leadership cultivates a culture of fear and control, not trust or growth. Professional development and career advancement are a joke here.
