      Weekends off. No other pros.

      Minpunten

      Management is manipulative. They say a very high word about their vision & mission of changing lives for the better but do not focus on the people who work for them. Reporting manager does not believe in work-life balance, therefore, does not give his team one. Haven't given the variable amount to the employees that they mention in their CTC. Unhealthy & repulsive culture. Think twice before joining.

      Pluspunten

      D.light has the potential to be a meaningful global brand. Unfortunately bad management has messed it up. The ability to travel to third-world countries (which can be exciting). An exciting business opportunity

      Minpunten

      D.light is a very political organization, with huge egos in upper management. This hubris is costing the company its market leading position. Competitors are beginning to eat d.lights lunch.
