This is a really good company. The product is great. The culture is warm and positive. My colleagues are fun. I don't have much to complain about at all. I am very happy to be here.

Minpunten

Of course, there are always things that can be improved but I have to be realistic. This is a good company that is moving in the right direction.

- Great engineering talent, true ML/AI experts - The hardest working sales team I've ever seen - #dreamteam - Rockstar CS team who handled the most difficult clients imaginable. - Platform was powered by very hard to acquire data. No easy feat to collect the data in a ever changing environment. - Company events (when we had them) were always "Premium" - Overall compensation was very competitive

Minpunten

- Poor CEO leadership and vision. Ted was incredibly disappointing, I would not recommend him any capacity. - Final M&A motion was extremely disappointing. Nothing like seeing your equity going to $0 overnight. Total kick in the b@lls. - Product Roadmap was driven by vanity metrics and KPIs. CPO didn't drive the roadmap with revenue and TAM expansion in mind.
