      - Strong data platform with robust AI-driven features and reports - Collaborative culture and dedication to teamwork across all functions with helpful, professional teammates and employees - Remote first culture, decent pay and benefits

      Minpunten

      - Lack of leadership and transparency at the C-suite level, especially CEO who was rarely, if ever, seen on larger calls with entire company - Company rebranded as "data.ai" but could not shake the original customer and prospect affinity for "App Annie" creating lots of challenges, especially for Sales and Marketing teams - Micromanagement, especially in Marketing with every line of copy and every element of creative being dissected before approval

      Was a good and flexible place to work. New company that acquired works differently but do things well for their staff.

      - Great engineering talent, true ML/AI experts - The hardest working sales team I've ever seen - #dreamteam - Rockstar CS team who handled the most difficult clients imaginable. - Platform was powered by very hard to acquire data. No easy feat to collect the data in a ever changing environment. - Company events (when we had them) were always "Premium" - Overall compensation was very competitive

      Minpunten

      - Poor CEO leadership and vision. Ted was incredibly disappointing, I would not recommend him any capacity. - Final M&A motion was extremely disappointing. Nothing like seeing your equity going to $0 overnight. Total kick in the b@lls. - Product Roadmap was driven by vanity metrics and KPIs. CPO didn't drive the roadmap with revenue and TAM expansion in mind.
