It's my pleasure working with dataZen as Sr. Technical Support Associate,
I would like to share my experience and the amazing journey with dataZen so far.
I had a nice experience working with the dataZen customers, they are very co-operative and helpful which helped me to resolve their issues or queries quickly.
I have been taking care of all customer issues,
1. Setting priority for the issue as per the customer contract policy,
2. Requesting for more information if needed
3. Follow up and providing status of the issue and possible resolution time.
4. Co-coordinating with team to get the issue resolved quickly.
5. Once the issue resolved sending customer feedback survey.
Also I am very thankful to our team for their help and co-operation each time and my reporting manager always encourages and appreciating my work.
I learned a lot of things here but the most and very important factor I learn is the way of communication with the customer which I feel plays a vital role while communicating.
