One of the worst companies I ever worked for. You will not have set hours. You will be asked to do work outside of your job duties and will be told to come in early or leave late. No compensation.
The team leaders are all partners in the company. Need to talk to HR? They’re also a partner in the company.
They didn’t report my earnings correctly to the IRS, so that was a gift that kept on giving after I left.
Take your chance, but be warned… don’t drink the kool-aide. Your interview will be great! But once they get you in, you are only there to increase your boss’s shares.
You will be talked down to and embarrassed because it is an open floor plan and certain managers have no problem creating an unnecessary scolding without asking any questions first… and don’t expect an apology when you share all the details after they blow up…it was great fun.
