great pay, bonuses, free tv, great experience with consumers

when youre great at this job you end up working more than anyone else, company makes us tell customers to give us a 10 rating on the survey but when we get below 9.5 we get chewed out and have to explain why we didnt get a 10. This effects our biweekly bonuses and I believe the company rig some aspects of the bonuses to be unfair
