Claim to be a "enterprise factory" while only very few of its sub-companies reached a maturity level high enough to make real products and sell them, most are concepts that will never become products. Working in a technical role you will never make a real product. Management very controlling with a greedy approach towards employees, asking a lot of extra-time without any rewards. No clear objectives, career path and very low salaries.
