The pay can competitive, but hours can be long.

Minpunten

The company was acquired and they are going through a lot of change. Inexperienced leadership, constantly making changes with little thought. Very micromanaged processes that stifle any creativity. Growth opportunities are very limited. They offer a sales enablement to, but have no idea how to position a technology tool because they only know marketing/editorial and events. Other sales enablement tools on the market are superior in my opinion. More than likely the future of this company is to be passed along to different asset management companies until they have little to no profit/growth. Each new owner will have new reporting process they require which is a nightmare for employees.

I have been here for over five years and have had opportunities to grow and take on new roles. The ability to be fully remote is a huge benefit. The company creates connection through fun virtual events. I also really appreciate the flexible vacation time and the holiday break. Overall, it is a supportive environment with meaningful work.

Minpunten

Like many organizations, work can be fast paced at times and priorities may shift.

The company pays well and offers benefits There is a lot of remote work involved

Minpunten

You’re not allowed to make mistakes The company was owned by the Church of Scientology and continues to be run by Scientologists/donors. This sets the tone for the whole vibe of the leadership. It is not as welcoming as it seems.
