The result of promotions given due to time in the company instead of being qualified for the higher position. - ridiculous deadlines make staff feel like they can't breathe. Management is constantly taking on work which they know they cant complete properly or in time, while the staff has to slog to meet their promises. - if you would like to feel appreciated for your efforts and hard work then this is not the company for you.
