Organization is good but worst to work in Application security team . no work-life balance - they will assign you tons of projects at same time with bottle neck deadline and will blame you for not completing it, no work satisfaction - quantity is given more importance than quality. Carrier growth - is at worst no development or learning - it is not application Security at all. They say name of SQOO and make you work on some nonsense task . It is a waste of time to join in application security team. Work pressure is very high - people often leave once there bond is completed. Currently there are only freshers who jus passed out of college & people from different domain who doesn't have any knowledge or certification on security domain. People in management position( who can't leave the company) doesn't have knowledge on application security and operate the team as they like. If they continue like this - surely team is going to sink!
