Pluspunten

The company culture is fairly strong, morale is generally high amongst employees. Turnover rates within the organization have dropped to a more normal range for an organization of this size. Several newer managers, both from outside the organization and from within, has helped bring together some departments that were struggling due to a period of mismanagement (most of 2017). The organization is progressing in its development of new software fairly rapidly, which is causing some (positive) growing pains, and challenges to overcome. Management is lenient with schedules, working around family needs, and appointments. They seem to understand that the office is located within a city that makes commutes tough to predict. The shared kitchen is large and generally well stocked (though some more healthy snacks maybe?)

Minpunten

There still exists a somewhat Us vs. Them attitude between management in various departments. In many cases management is simply too busy because they make themselves busy by micromanaging tasks. A few managers have disrespectful attitudes when dealing with others, though this is the exception, not the rule. The organization lacks confidence in itself as an employer, and tries to manipulate its online profile dishonestly with fake posts and reviews - which is disappointing and unnecessary. The company goes through periodic episodes of bad management decisions.

-Rewards are given and recognized for hard work -opportunities for growth if you are receptive and willing -co-workers are great! family feel with laughs and hard work -great work life balance -face paced , never boring, MGMT has an open door policy to express your concerns directly. -MGMT does try to improve atmosphere. positive attitudes in admin roles. -There are many long standing employees here that are happy and enjoy the work as well as the constant changing industry.

Minpunten

My take on MSR eCustoms is they do have a vision for the company that some are not at times privy too and this can cause anxiety in employees. This is not a fault of management but I believe some employees that can be pessimistic.

Your suggestion to always give employees “chances to grow and improve” serves as a good reminder for us to remain vigilant and never overlook an opportunity.
