Beware of this company, they hire many people only to let them go before the end of their 90-day “probation period.” They recently lost a major customer who comprised a large percentage of their revenue, resulting in very low job security for employees.
There is inconsistency in the software used by the teams and a lack of standard operating procedures for the sales and marketing teams, resulting in a chaotic, disorganized infrastructure led by upper management with insufficient leadership and strategic experience. The leadership also lacks the skills to properly train and provide tools for the success of the new employees, one example is how they changed CRM software and infrastructure weekly during my time there. One week we were using NetSuite, the other week we were using Excel to catalog outreach, the following back to NetSuite again, and all of these changes occurred on top of the poor communication of deliverables and task distribution among the teams.
