No room for advancement, horrible upper management. Hostile work environment, Micromanaging boss, owner is only interested in Lamborghinis, not running a successful company. There's not much good to say about this company. The environment was so hostile, the turnover rate was close to 100%. No employee lasts very long because the environment is so bad that they get fired for no reason or quit because they can't take it anymore. HR is a waste of time because they won't do anything about the environment and are afraid to stand up to the owner. The work being done for doctors is also suspect, as there's SEO work being done, but never maintained. Not to mention the fact that there are no benefits, the pay is lousy, and it's a completely hostile work environment. People are called "stupid" to their face, berated, and generally treated badly. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone, unless you are completely desperate for a paycheck.
