You will be taken aback by the emotion of seeing people who are visually impaired see again with the company’s technology. And you will see yourself develop, quickly, as you solve huge problems and work with virtually every “level” of the company in getting stuff done.

Because eSight is aspiring to solve a MAJOR problem (restoring sight to the world’s visually impaired community) and because solving MAJOR problems is not an easy thing to do in life, eSight, like any other emerging and aspirational tech company, can at times be a challenging place to work. A lot is expected of you, emotions can run high, and there are parts of the plane that the company is still building while it flies. But for a lot of people, this type of environment is actually quite exciting! Something to consider nonetheless to align your expectations before you make the decision to join.

Working with passionate individuals who want to help people who have low vision see again, some for the first time. People here are very caring and nice. I genuinely feel welcomed wholeheartedly into the eSight family.
