Solid sallary and you can learn if you want. Nobody will force you to, but there are enough people with knowledge from whom you can learn.

Minpunten

STress and in general very bad organization of work. Overtime is result of wrong decisions and lack of management capabilities of peoepl who are leading projects. Also unrealistic promises just to get a job.
