I joined this company through campus, and it has been the worst decision of my professional life. Here’s why: Extremely rude CTO – Basic professionalism and respect are completely missing. Unfriendly policies – They force employees to sign a 2.5-year bond by taking a cheque, so you can’t leave. But they can fire you anytime without second thought. Salary issues – Salary is credited only after the 15th of every month. That’s unacceptable. Intern exploitation – They recently hired 80+ interns, only to fire 40 of them after just 2 months. Not even 6 months of internship completed. No job security, no growth – You’re always afraid of being fired the next day. No learning, no stability. Strongly advise not joining this company. There are far better places that respect employees and follow fair policies.

The office premises are well-maintained, clean, and professionally designed.

Despite being hired as a Prompt Engineer, most tasks were shifted toward digital marketing without proper alignment to my role or skill set. Management lacked clarity and direction, leading to confusion in tasks and unrealistic expectations. The digital marketing team was not well-structured, resulting in poor coordination and lack of proper guidance. Work pressure on interns was excessive, with tight deadlines and minimal support, along with a restrictive bond policy that did not justify the experience provided.
