Pluspunten

If you are a woman they will give you a shot regardless of qualifications. Easy commute, pretty good parking. Upper management plays favorites. If you are a minority and they need to fill their quota you're in. Their are some nice people who work there

Minpunten

If you are a man they will give you a shot if you've got something to impress them with, but quick to fire if you are a man. Upper management plays favorites, be careful. Stingy with days off or comp time ( only if you're a man) Unfair work environment hands down!

Really great people, generous salaries, good product to work with, willing to put in the time and effort then you will succeed, a small company that collaborates and gets a lot accomplished. Very good email and customer acquisition platform.

Minpunten

You have to be a self starter or it is over before it even started. Environment changes on a daily and sometimes hourly basis. Lack of a unified and consistent marketing effort have cost the company business. Change is constant and often unsettling.
