My second week along side my province department job shadowing has been difficult for me to learn the skills I will require when I am let off on my own, I have done my best to take notes but I feel a little unprepared, as I am just job shadowing which has really been me watching a screen share and a quick run through on what this positions expectations on a daily/weekly/ monthly basis are. There are great SOP's set up for the roles below my position but for Team Lead there does not seem to be much more than a work flow chart of what needs to be accomplished daily/weekly/monthly. I am currently am a little worried about my first week solo in this position, although I have been reassured that I can reach out anytime for assistance.
