Training was quite thorough, there are some really nice people who work there. Pay is ok compared to similar companies in the area.

Management of the Contact Centre is absolutely incompetent. They show very little respect of their employees and told people who were complaining "you should be glad to have a job." They hide behind the "eaga values" whenever it suits them (e.g. "we embrace change"). Also the wrong people seem to be promoted: rather than promoting people who are actually good at their job they promote people who either have worked their for a long period or who suck up to management.
