The Company has been in the industry for almost 10 years; however, the Philippine management, support teams, and operational staff are relatively new. As a result, we are still adapting to recent market changes and evolving industry demands. While there are areas that still need improvement, particularly in processes, structure, and alignment, we are continuously learning, adjusting, and strengthening our foundations. Despite these challenges, the team remains committed to growth and is striving to stay competitive and perform at a high level.
