Honestly no pros for this organization.
Minpunten
1. They treat you like slave and think you will be available 24x7 for them. someone tell them we also have family and work is not more important than it. 2. Some Managers behavior is pathetic. i will not mentions there name here. but good think is that they are trying to improve. but due to these managers they are not improved at all. 3. Really they don't know whom to keep with them. i have seen some excellent people they were my roll model but i saw them leaving this organization then i could i stay there if they didn't respect him how could i except it from them. 4. and when you are serving notice period then they will make your life like hell. and obviously some one will tell them notice period is for KT. not for development. 5. strict in timing but manager will tell you urgent work when you are leaving ofc. 6. All urgent work is came on Friday so that he can spoil your weekend. 7. most pathetic policy they have is "they can call you 8 Saturday in year" 8.i will not suggest anyone to join here,
