      Pluspunten

      What a fantastic product. The market is ripe for the innovations which are coming out of this company. This is SW French style - a lot of flair and innovation. Some fantastic developments in the pipeline make this a great place to be right now. International growth is very exciting too. Super leadership from CEO down.

      Fast paced environment is not for everyone - very much startup mode in International, but this can be a positive rather than a negative.

      Ability to work at your own schedule.

      Minpunten

      Almost everything. The organization is going through restructuring and the sales team and top leadership has been let go. Never a good sigh as a business. The CS team is constantly looking for ways to limit involvement with the client and force them to do self care. This is due to low head count on the CS side.
