Do you LOVE yourself? Do you CARE for yourself? If the answer to above questions is YES, please CONTINUE reading. First of all, the positive reviews which you see are posted by the management. So please, do not, I repeat, DO NOT fall for them. As per the organisation, CLIENT is GOD, and the EMPLOYEE is forced to be his/her DEVOTEE and is asked to worship that GOD 24x7. Behaviour of some CLIENTS towards the EMPLOYEE is rude. The language they use is ABUSIVE, and above all, these things are entertained by the management. As a result, it feels like the MANAGERS give priority to CLIENTS as if they are their biological father. The MANAGERS proudly flaunt their management skills but the truth is that, the entire management has gone haywire. Even their qualification is doubtful. Unnecessarily, EMPLOYEES are forced to work late nights no matter if that person is a lady. Whenever an EMPLOYEE is made to wait late night, he/she needs to shout out to the MANAGER to say that food needs to be ordered. (The possibility of getting it is very low) No drop service is provided for late night going EMPLOYEES, not even for ladies. The washrooms are pathetic. You don’t even feel standing outside the washroom door even for a single minute. Instead of using office washroom, one would prefer going into the jungle for a bit of fresh air as well. Another interesting thing is that, the company policy varies from person to person. You need to be in the management’s good books to make the most of it. One thing you cannot deny is that, to excel in this organisation, you need to open your mouth. Not to speak the truth or for the right things, but to use that tongue and lick management’s feet.

Sorry ,I can't give 0 rating , if you want to make your life hell then only join this company. Once you join you cannot make mistake. They expect zero QA bug if single bug raised ready with explanation. Managers conduct standup call just to humiliate, insult employees, there are some senior people (so called chatu log) only get respect. If you are not in good of managers your life will become hell. Extreme level micro management. 0 work life balance people works there till 2 Am in the morning, for production release you need to join after dinner. Lot of politics leads constantly judge you. Give your bad review everytime. Only people praise those are ready to give 24 hours to company. Managers even call you on Saturday Sunday to change your story status. Managers thought the company is thier ancestors property. HR policies are not present. They can give you start of month award for this month and next month they can force you to resign due to poor performance. Senior will not mix up with anyone they have their own group even frontend lead not mix with his own team and they will not allow you to join their group . If you join you have to lunch yourself have tea yourself no one will join you

The biggest challenge during my tenure was the leadership culture within the Telecom project. The delivery head, in my experience, lacked the technical understanding and people-management skills required to lead a software engineering team effectively. Decisions were often made without fully understanding the technical challenges, making it difficult for the team to execute efficiently. Daily stand-up meetings frequently focused on attendance, joining a few minutes late, or keeping cameras on, while delivery challenges, technical blockers, and team well-being received less attention. Feedback was often given publicly instead of constructively, which created unnecessary stress and lowered team morale. Many employees felt unsupported during client discussions. Rather than working with the team to find solutions, leadership often placed responsibility on the team without fully understanding the situation. This affected trust and confidence within the team. During my time there, I saw several experienced employees leave the project or the company. Based on conversations with colleagues, the leadership style and work environment were recurring concerns. While every resignation has different reasons, the workplace culture appeared to be an important factor for many people. The project had talented engineers and good technical potential, but the leadership approach prevented the team from performing at its best.
