I legitimately can't say enough bad things about working here. It is everything wrong with the job market in this country. The reason the middle class is dying is because of companies like this. I can't stress enough how little upper management cares about the employees. The only thing they care about is shareholder profit. That is it. They give no bonuses for rentals or merchindise sold and will pay you as little as possible as well. They will say they can't pay you more no matter how well you do but meanwhile they're spending hundreds of millions of dollars aquiring new properties. They have the money to pay reasonable wages and give good benefits, but they'd just rather their rich shareholders get richer. When they took away our rental bonuses, they gave the most corporate mealymouth balony excuses about how we actually make more this way. We are not stupid. Even $1 per rental was insulting when other companies pay $5, $10, $15 a rental.
