Let's start with the reviews. If you look at the replies on Glassdoor that are posted by the CEO himself, you can easily judge the culture of the company. In one of the replies, he compares himself to the Honourable Prime Minister. In another, he blabbers nonsense about the quality of universities. The same universities who are his customers and whose name he takes for selling his products. You have no respect for your customers, let alone your employees.
I have never seen any HR, forget about CEO, who tells you that if you point a finger, 4 fingers point you back. Ssly? This is the reply that the CEO gives. How childish? An entry-level HR personnel will have a better response to criticism. And if so many people say that the way employees are treated is not correct then there has to be some truth. Don't act like a primary school kid and label people as theif and incompetent.
The work culture is really pathetic. To be frank, the CEO lacks knowledge about building software products, else the company would not have been stuck in a 10x15 feet office for 15 years. The CEO prioritizes giving advise on a confessions page of an MNC over making the company a better place. He blabbers about the quality of engineers in the country, as if he is the CEO of Google. The issue is good talent goes to good places. No good engineer will ever want to work here. So you wanna nag about it you can do it because no one cares.
This company cannot propel on its own due to its poor management who run the company as if they are running their own houses. All the customers they have is through some jugaad.
