      - Complete ownership of projects - Incredible transperancy - Great work-life balance - Good communication and honest feedbacks - Very nice team - Great leadership - Flat structure - Diversity of tasks, which promises that the job is not boring.

      Complete ownership of projects comes with a small con that you sometimes have to do things that are not your favorite. For example I'm not too excited about doing sales, but it everyone's job to find new clients.
