Literally everything else. This place fell off hard. There was once a great culture here, overseen by the greatest ELTs and SLTs that I’ve had the privilege of working with, but over time, that great leadership was replaced with people I wouldn’t trust to run a faucet, nevermind a team, department or company. Series upon series of bad decisions, with blame going everywhere, except on the people who make personnel & product decisions, and acquisitions. If you’re reading this and you’re thinking about working here, value yourself and look elsewhere.
