Pluspunten
Good work life balance and the hours aren't bad. Recognisable brand image. Nice office, although half of this has now been axed since BRG made redundancies. Some fun aspects in terms of doing stunts with clients and attending events.
Minpunten
There was a positive and fun culture at the beginning, however after the BRG acquisition this all changed and went downhill very quickly. Tedious middle management. Constant change in strategic direction of company, project after project with no consistency. Morale very low and atmosphere within work environment isn't great. Very little opportunity to progress and pay is below average for the industry.
