Minpunten

No work culture. No work-life balance. No office timing. Employer wants you to work 24*7. No direction. No environment. Improper salary structure. At the time of appraisal salary structure will suddenly change so that it can make a hoax in your mind that your salary is increased but actually you will get what you were getting. Do not ask for salary slip or you will be in hit list.

- Works on the latest edge technologies. - Provides a lot of experience in a variety of different work. - You will have to wear different hats, you can be a software developer and still have to handle a lot of other stuffs.

Minpunten

- Too much flexibility. Many time leads to a lack of clarity.

Not a con of the company itself, but within consultancy it can be sometimes hard to follow up the entire lifecycle of a project.
