Pluspunten
I am grateful to work with Onsemi (at one of the west Europe offices). I had a great manager then, always supporter and push my boundaries. I am not sure if this was the manager attitude or whole the company. But as I see they were given chances for young graduates to grow more.
Minpunten
Unfortunately because of the world wide sites closure, it was risk to stay working, as I would get laid off at any time, otherwise I would have stayed. Some office politics like everywhere else.
