The work pressure and expectations are legit clear, and the pay is great and leave structure makes it easy to handle your personal life without burning out. One of the best parts is how they handle leaves, i never had anyone calling me up on my holiday, I got performance reviews and appraisals twice a year and there’s a huge focus on leveling up your skills.

Expect a lot of oversight they’re big on quality control and attention to detail, which can feel intense. there is a hustle culture that might be tough if you aren't used to the startup grind. Management is well intentioned and supportive, but unfortunately, a few bad apples tend to take advantage of that flexibility.
