Pluspunten
I was sold on Piazza because they didn't talk about their benefits and perks during recruiting, unlike many other companies in the Valley. Instead, they were honest and told me that there would be a lot of work, but that it would be extremely rewarding. I found this to be the case for sure. This is a company that rewards hard work, but it only demands as much as you can handle. I found it to be an incredible growth opportunity, even just in the summer that I was there. Pooja and the whole company really pushes you to grow as a member of the company and as an individual. They all genuinely care about you too, which makes it even better.
Without a doubt, the company is tight-knit, sociable, and extremely fun. These are people who know how to have fun together in and out of the office. They are passionate about the work they do and passionate about supporting each other. It was a true pleasure to work there.

Minpunten
I don't have many complaints. Personally, I would like a clearer onboarding process for new employees/interns because I found myself floundering a bit at the beginning. Additionally, the "command structure" is a little unclear, and I found it tough to work within the flat-ish structure of the company. There were some times that I felt like I didn't have a clear direction.
