Management is unfocused, unconcerned with morale, and does not know how to encourage it's people in a positive/constructive way. Pay rates are low and they struggle when recruiting. The work atmosphere is HOSTILE and VIOLENT....yelling, cursing, throwing cellphones against walls, degrading women, sending abusive e-mails to employees, throwing papers, banging desks, etc... (all these behaviors have been witnessed by MANY current employees)
