Minpunten
All you see in the negative reviews unfortunately is true.
- Lack of transparency. It's not clear what the company's goals are and what they expect from their employees therefore you never know when and why you can be fired.
- Straightforward lies from management or hiding information even if you ask questions directly
- The company is not interested in workers’ personal growth and promotion. They can fire you and hire “new blood” as a replacement the very next day. What happened to me is that my colleague in my team first was fired without any notice and I was doing the job that used to be done by 2 people for a year. Then a new colleague for my team and the same area of responsibility was hired behind my back. And after one month I was laid off without any notice.
- Crunch culture, overtime is normal and not paid
- Top management is usually absent and is not deeply involved in all the processes but knows well who they should let go
- Speed over quality
