No clear direction, no clear strategy, professionalism and vision of the management are missing. Everyone is a "manager" for some reason. There is also a lack of team spirit, everyone only works to achieve their personal goal and not the corporate goals. (e.g. if someone still has a second company and manages it during working hours).
